Consumer Rights – Withdrawal – Cancellation & Return Conditions



GENERAL

When you place an order electronically via the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws in force, regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.

Shipping costs (delivery charges) are to be paid by the buyers.

Each product purchased will be delivered to the buyer or the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within the statutory maximum period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyers may terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be delivered in full, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and together with any warranty certificates, user manuals, or similar documents, if applicable.

If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must inform the buyer in writing within 3 days from the date they become aware of this situation, and the total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.



NON-PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT

If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.



PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD

After the product has been delivered, if it is determined that the payment was made using a credit card unlawfully by unauthorized persons, and the product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping costs borne by the seller.



DELAYS IN DELIVERY DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

If force majeure occurs, unforeseeable by the seller, and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer is informed of the situation. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed.

If the buyer cancels the order:


  • If the payment was made in cash, the amount is refunded in cash within 14 days from the date of cancellation.
  • If the payment was made by credit card, the amount is refunded to the bank within 14 days from the date of cancellation. However, it is possible that the bank may transfer the amount to the buyer’s account within 2–3 weeks.



BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT

Before accepting the delivery of the product/service subject to the contract, the buyer shall inspect the goods/services for damage, such as dents, breakages, torn packaging, etc., and shall not accept damaged or defective goods/services from the shipping company. Goods/services that have been accepted will be deemed undamaged and intact.


After delivery, the buyer must carefully preserve the goods/services. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned along with the product.



RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, without any legal or penal liability and without giving any reason, by refusing the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date to themselves or to the person/organization indicated at the address, provided that they notify the seller through the contact details below.
