Before signing the delivery note, please check the package for any damage or issues. If you notice any damage, missing items, or if the package seal has been tampered with, do not sign any delivery documents. Instead, return the package to the courier with a request to issue a damage report.
Once this obligation is fulfilled, your new products will be sent to you immediately.
